Crazy Landlord Font: a handwritten typeface characterized by a complete disregard to upper & lower case letters, printing & handwriting, spelling & grammar, symmetry & spacing, punctuation & abbreviations and most importantly, manners. Typically found on the back of pizza boxes poorly taped to a wall in parking garages. Special note: when a printer and computer is used, expect the accompaniment of the comic sans font and excessive use of clip art.
